How do you tell Scouting’s story to youth in your council? If you haven’t harnessed the power of video yet, the BSA has released three new clips that will make it easier to show the powerful effect that Scouting can have in your area.
Each of the short videos can be downloaded (free, of course) for use in presentations, embedded online on your council’s Facebook page or website, or shared in any way you see fit.
As Scouting magazine’s “Bryan on Scouting” blog describes them, the videos include “the story of a mom in East Los Angeles who started a Cub Scout pack and saw it bring families together in her community,” as well as “the heroic tale of a Boy Scout in New York who jumped into action during Hurricane Sandy.”
